SERIES OF TWENTY-SEVEN CANYON RHYTHMS PAINTINGS, 2008-2020

Working in my studio, these twenty-seven paintings evolved over time with additions and subtractions of colors and textures through integral connections of music, intuition, meditation, gestured brush strokes, gradual refining of shapes in search of essential forms and expressive color juxtapositions to capture the essence of my canyon experience, inspired by my visit to the Grand Canyon in 2008.
